Caileigh Smith, MC, LPC
I'm a licensed professional counselor originally from Dublin, Ireland. Two key components to my practice are the teachings of Pia Mellody and laughter. I believe therapy is collaborative process whereby together we can find what issues are hindering you from being the best version of you and develop a skill set to help you overcome these blocks. I practice therapy through a trauma focused lens and a model of codependence. I aim to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for you to embark on your journey, with a few laughs along the way.

I've worked with The Meadows, a renowned trauma and addiction treatment facility, since 2016. I began with The Meadows as a Survivor's Workshop facilitator; this workshop focuses on "processing and releasing the negative messages and emotions that were rooted in painful experiences from the past allowing the freedom to embody your authentic self."
Following this position, I worked with the Claudia Black Young Adult program at The Meadows Intensive Outpatient Program in Scottsdale, AZ.
Prior to working with The Meadows, I worked with adult and adolescent populations at Aurora Behavioral Health and Decision Point Center.
I am now dedicating my energies and focus to working full time in my own growing private practice.
